ABOUT TEAM BIKE ALLEY

We are a grassroots team, which encompasses Mountain, Road, Cyclocross and BMX cycling.

To be a team member, the only requirements are that you pay the $25 membership fee and buy one team jersey (if you have one, no need to buy another, even when the jersey design changes). If you are 18 (racing age)
or under, your membership fee is waived.

What you get from membership is entirely up to you. You can casually race or not race at all but enjoy team support, group rides, a fun atmosphere, and a 10% discount at Bicycle Alley. If you decide to go beyond that, you can work toward team "rewards". There are certain requirements every team member has to meet in order to be "rewarded" for this season and/or next season.

The requirements for "rewards" are:
• Pay the membership fee and buy a jersey (unless you have one already).

• Attend 2 meetings

• Compete in a minimum of any six Norba,
USCF, or EFTA sanctioned bike races wearing our team jersey (training races don't count) - any race put on by the team counts, even if the team race is unsanctioned.
• Submit a results sheet by Dec. 1st, no later (remembering that results count from Dec. to Dec. and include ALL disciplines, MTB, road, BMX and cross.

Team "rewards" will be:
• FREE STUFF (if available and distributed in a lottery fashion)
• Deeper discounts on particular items, accessories, etc.
• Race reimbursement (paid to those who
• FINISH more than 6 races and is based on a ratio of qualifying members/available funds.
(Please note that you MUST qualify for "rewards" in order to be reimbursed.)

In addition, every December the Team hosts a catered Holiday Party, which includes a free raffle and a sale on Team gear.
